Delivery
A payment of 50% of total agreed fee to be paid on confirmation of assessment date.
The EPC will be produced and lodged with national database, normally within five working days and when payment of total agreed fee has been successfully completed.
Cancellation
All cancellations prior to the agreed assessment date will result in loss of confirmation payment.
All cancellation on the agreed date of assessment, the assessor cannot gain entry to undertake the inspection, or you cancel after the inspection has taken place but before the EPC is issued you will be charged 100% of the total fee.
Refunds
Any agreed refunds will be and issued within 30 days.
Complaints
Informal complaints can be verbal or written.
Complaints shall be dealt with promptly, politely and confidentially.
If a complaint is not resolved at the informal stage, a formal complaint should be raised by letter, or email explaining nature of complaint.
